Cindy has been a volunteer Aqua Fitness instructor at the Central Orange Coast YMCA for 21 years. One night the teacher did not show up and Cindy volunteered to teach the class and has been doing it ever since, Rain or shine, three evenings a week!   Cindy has helped hundreds of YMCA members get fit, have fun and make new friends. Cindy is a mother of three teenagers and avid fitness enthusiast.
