assistance is available for those who cannot afford

At the YMCA of Orange County we offer
many year round fitness and Adult Sports programs
We offer adult sports leagues such
as volleyball, soccer and basketball.
At our 4 fitness
facilities we offer a wide range of programs from Spinning, Pilates, Cardio
Kickbox to Core-Stretch.
The YMCA of Orange County provides youth and adults with
health, fitness and wellness programming that are designed
to impact the overall health and wellness of people in
our communities. Our programs are designed to attract people
of all ages, all abilities, and all incomes.
YMCA sports programs also help to strengthen families. Parents
coach teams and turn out, often with brothers and
sisters, to watch kids play. People participating in
sports build lifelong positive attitudes, habits of healthy
exercise and good nutrition, and learn ways to have fun. |
