YMCA Barre participants will learn the basics of ballet, Pilates and yoga in an energizing workout.  Gain grace, strength and posture while improving muscle tone and endurance. The program is designed to improve fitness level, increase flexibility, improve posture, reduce stress levels, and burn calories.
