Give your old routine the boot! YMCA BOOT Camp is the way to get ready for summer!! Join us for outdoor training in our new soccer arena.
Sessions incorporate challenging cardiovascular, plyometric, and weight resistance exercise to get you in the best shape of your life! The mission of this class is to build strength, endurance, energy, and confidence in a fun and motivating Environment.
We encourage all community members to join.
non-facility members are welcome.
