Get involved today in our annual volunteer led fundraising campaign to help support our local families and communities. Each year the Saddleback Valley YMCA raises money in order to provide scholarships for over 350 kids and families who otherwise would not be able to participate in YMCA programs. YMCA Aquatics Games! |

Join us this winter in the pool for monthly themed family aquatics games! Light snacks and hot chocolate will be served.

Games are from 4:00-5:30pm and are free to facility members! Just because it is winter doesn't mean you don't have to stop swimming! Our pool is heated between 84-86 degrees all year long! Registration is required at the Member Services Desk or by calling (949)859-9622. |

Our Gift to You - A New Orientation Program!!! |

Get a jump start on your New Year’s resolution. Beginning in December we will be offering our members a FREE 4 appointment Orientation to help you make a different kind of mind body connection. This one is called working smart. I’ve recently had many members come to me and ask me how they can get some advice about their workout regime. They’ve been faithfully coming in to the Y and putting in the time, but they are no longer seeing the results that they saw in the beginning. You know it’s time for a change!
Make an appointment with one of our Fitness Floor Staff or Member Services Staff . They will take some objective measures, help you define your goals and find the path to success! |

The Nadadores pool is open for lap swimming to YMCA facility members from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm Monday / Wednesday / Friday and Closed on Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday / Sunday |
