Volunteer Opportunities

* Volunteers must be 16 years of age. * Experience in respective areas preferred.

Friday September 12th, 2025

Kitchen Prep: 4PM – 8PM Volunteers will assist in setting up kitchen operations for the event. This includes cutting vegetables, setting up tables, and organizing table settings.

Saturday September 13th, 2025

Event Set-up: 12PM – 4PM. Volunteers will assist in setting up the event area, including setting up tables, displaying auction items, posting signage, and cleaning event spaces

Event Support: 5PM – 10:30PM. Volunteers will assist in supporting event operations. This includes, but is not limited to, greeting, parking assistance, custodial duties, etc.
