Your donations at work

Everyday, the child care department at the Central Orange Coast YMCA receives requests from parents in need of financial assistance to cover the cost of their after school child care needs.  Fortunately, due to the generous donations of YMCA members, local organizations and companies, we are able to assist 40 families with $5,000 a month in financial assistance. Special Event Highlight

We packed the house at our “Why We Gather” annual benefit concert at the Westside Bar & Grill on June 6th, 2009.  Performers Kurt Schuster, Ethan Hedayat and Rob & The Dave Tones donated their time to entertain us with their wonderful music while the Westside Bar & Grill served up good eats and donated the use of their restaurant.
