TRX® (Total Resistance Training®)
TRX® suspension training builds a strong core, strength, flexibility, and endurance. This new workout harnesses the way your body naturally moves to improve your athletic performance. This is a complete training system using your body for suspension training. You will work in all 3 planes of motion allowing you to strengthen muscles and joints as a group avoiding muscular imbalances making the moves more effective, realistic and challenging. You can take your performance to the next level or choose the modified movements for beginners and/or members with limitations or restrictions.
