Functional Intense Training (F.I.T.). Small Group Personal Training is the new fitness craze. It is an awesome mix of the personalization of personal training with the motivation of a group atmosphere. You will work harder and more efficiently with the attention of a personal trainer and the motivation of your friends. In addition, it is more cost effective than the one on one training style!
Our program is going to help you shed body fat, challenge your fitness, and improve your overall health! Come enjoy a fun, always changing workout with experienced trainers. Results are certain when paired with the nutritional insights and accountability you will receive.
Participants will receive progress stats for body fat percentage, weight will be taken and weekly informative and accountability emails. You will build work out relationships and partnerships that will keep you motivated to reach your ultimate goals. F.I.T. will take your training and fitness to the next level! Session: Tuesday, October 3rd – Friday, December 22nd
Days: 3x a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)

F.I.T. offers a variety of workout programs such as boxing, weight training, plyo, crossfit-type of training, aqua boot camp, basketball, stretching, running, TRX®, and more designed to take your workout to the next level.
