A Versatile Dip With Amazing Health Benefits
This healthy addition to your snacks or meals is made with ripe avocados, garlic, fresh tomatoes, onions and a splash of lime juice. Avocados, in addition to their flavor and rich texture, provide a wealth of healthy, monosaturated fats, vitamins and essential nutrients. No wonder some consider this a superfood! As part of our childcare curriculum, we implement Healthy Eating and Physical Activity (HEPA) standards to educate our kids and their parents about the benefits of living a healthy and active life. Now it’s your turn — try pairing with scrambled eggs in the morning, mix into a grilled chicken salad for lunch, or add a dab to your tacos for dinner.
