Social RIdes & Runs
These informally structured weekend bike rides and runs are set at the end of each week and are up to the club members discretion. Coaches give direction and advice for what type of workout and what distances should be done and communicate this through the email system. Meeting points are throughout South Orange County with some of the favorites being Newport Back Bay, Camp Pendelton, and the Saddleback Valley YMCA. Water is a must for these longer workouts, as are helmets for the bike rides. An energy snack is recommended.
