YMCA HOSTS A FLASH DANCE AT THE OC FAIR GROUNDS MAY 19th at 12:15pm

Group Dance to Celebrate Healthy Living & Highlight Fun Ways to Stay Active

Staff and members from the Newport-Mesa Family YMCA (Central Orange Coast) will be doing a Flash Mob Dance at the OC Fair Grounds on 5/19/2011 at 12:15pm. This is during the food truck lunch time at the Box Office area. The Y is encouraging people of all ages to come join the fun.The dance is available to learn online at YouTube.com.

This event will engage the community and highlight the many fun and simple ways to stay active and live a healthy lifestyle. It is part of the Ys ongoing efforts to encourage awareness of and opportunities for healthy lifestyles through education, community outreach, and programs that encourage youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. From swim and sports programs to fitness training and group exercise classes, the Y has something for everyone in the family -from infants to seniors.
