Model United Nations
(M.U.N) is a state-wide government program that provides
a hands-on experience to teach youth about how the United Nations operates.
Each delegation is assigned a country to represent during the Model United
Nations conference. Youth may hold elected offices and gain leadership, debate
and public speaking skills, while learning about global issues.
This program is for youth in grades 7 thru 9
Days/Times: Weekly meetings (1:30-3:30)
Conferences: 2 conferences
(one 1-day conference and one 4-day conference )
