The Crean Foundation supports Y of Orange County programs for the 16th Year!
Since 1999 John and Donna Crean and The Crean Foundation have supported YMCA of Orange County programs—providing low-income community members access to services that foster healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility.
Established in 1981 by John C. Crean, the founder of Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., The Crean Foundation is a prominent supporter of education, health, and children & social services programs in the Orange County area.
At the YMCA of Orange County they have provided more than $640,000 in support that has helped provide scholarships to low-income families for our Before/Afterschool Childcare program, health and wellness programs, and YMCA Community Services Programs like Inclusion and New Horizons.
It has also helped provide program support for mission programs and branches like the Santa Ana Family YMCA, where over 50% of the members and participants are low-income and qualify for scholarships for our programs.
Support from The Crean Foundation helps us get closer to our goal of making sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive at the YMCA.
Thank you to The Crean Foundation for your ongoing support!
