This courtesy service is FREE with family membership and is located inside our health & wellness fitness facilities so your kids stay close. Ages 6 months to 12 years. SilverSneakers ® is a free fitness program provided by dozens of insurance plans. 1 in 5 people 65 and older is eligible. Are you in? Under the age of 65? Ask about ACTIVE&FIT ® !
