Fullerton personal trainer Russell received his AA Degree from Orange Coast College in 2005 and during the same year, after being involved with sports and fitness for many years, decided to turn his passion of fitness into a career as a personal trainer. Russell is currently pursuing his B.A. in Kinesiology and loves to stay active with baseball, weight training, softball, fishing, and family events. His passion for fitness and sports led him to become a personal trainer because he wanted to help people achieve their fitness goals through proper exercise and balanced nutrition like he had achieved on his own. He believes with the right mindset, work ethic, discipline and consistency you can achieve the impossible.
Russell designs workout programs according to clients’ fitness goals, limitations, and current fitness level. He focuses on functional exercises, resistance training, balance training, plyometrics, high intensity interval training, circuit training, sport specific training, and core strengthening and conditioning.
“There’s no substitute for hard work.” I am confident in my ability as a personal trainer to help motivate and guide you to achieving your fitness goals. All I need from you is your total commitment and desire to want to make a lifestyle change. Together we can make the impossible happen.
