Julia Bradish, Huntington Beach Personal Trainer
Hi! My name is Julia. I have been working in the fitness field since I was certified in 2012 through the National Personal Training Institute. I am currently working towards a second certification through NASM. Growing up I participated in many different types of sports; basketball, ballet, swimming and martial arts, to name a few. Throughout my career in the training field, I have had experience working with kids, adults, seniors and many different ability levels, including injured clients. So if you ever feel that an injury is holding you back, I would love to help you find modifications for your work outs. Here at The Y, I teach the Youth Strength & Conditioning class, the kids fitness class, as well as one on one training. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask me.
