Health & Fitness Trainer Highlight: MISSION VIEJO FAMILY YMCA
Growing up, Brandei enjoyed a multitude of sports from track and field, softball and volleyball. Using Group fitness classes and resistance training, Brandei conquered a 30lb weight loss following 2 pregnancies. Brandei discovered yoga in 2009, while searching for ways to build overall strength and fitness. From her first step into the studio she was captivated by the rejuvenating and calming benefits yoga offers. Brandei is incredibly passionate about running and has competed in numerous 5k’s, half marathons and the Catalina Eco Marathon. Wanting to share her passion for fitness and build a career doing what she loves, Brandei turned to personal training and gained certification from NASM.
Brandei will customize a workout program utilizing the NASM OPT model (systematically progress client to their goal). Your goal is her goal! Flexibility, resistance training, strength, core conditioning, and FUN will be included in your program.
