Newport-Mesa FIT and No Excuses are revolutionary and will change the way you think about food and fitness!
No Excuses is a program that teaches you how to maintain a healthy diet and teaches you to think of food as fuel for your body, rather than a reward for a rough day or something to mindlessly consume. No Excuses begins January 12, 2015 and runs Monday through Friday from 6-7 AM until April 3rd.
Functional Intense Training (F.I.T.). Small Group Personal Training is the new fitness craze. It is an awesome mix of the personalization of personal training with the motivation of a group atmosphere. You will work harder and more efficiently with the attention of a personal trainer and the motivation of your friends. In addition, it is more cost effective than the one on one training style!
