Pilates Reformer Training
Pilates Reformer Training is designed to develop core strength and coordination. The focus will be on traditional Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath, and correct alignment. Classes address posture, mind/body awareness, strength, and flexibility training. Both mat and reformer training are available depending on location.
What is Reformer Training?
Developed from the techniques of Joseph Pilates, the Reformer System can benefit the fitness goals of everyone. Whether you are just beginning or a trained athlete, your road to improved posture, increased flexibility, advanced muscle tone, body re-shaping and reduced body fat starts in one of our many conveniently timed small group classes. How To Get Started
The best way to get started is to schedule a private training for your first session. This will allow you to get comfortable on the machine and learn basic moves. We offer a one-time complementary “Hour On Us” orientation for all new members. If you are unable to make a private session, please consider attending a Basics Class first.
