Nikki’s Story: I would like to nominate Tracy Rudderow as Vista del Mar’s volunteer.  Tracy was so welcoming when I transferred to Vista this past September. Tracy is always wearing a smile and is always offering and willing to help whenever possible. She has attended all our parent meetings and family events this year. She was also a huge support while we were going through our re accreditation process this past fall, she took the time to learn in detail different aspects of our program as well as agreed to interview with our endorsers. Not only is Tracy super helpful, she is also such a positive parent at our site. It is so fun for us to see her greet her daughter each day and ask how her day was and what kind of fun things she did at the Y. We appreciate Tracy and her supportive, enthusiastic and joyous attitude.
